Our website currently does not have a contact form or an online phone-number collection form. We receive contact information when you communicate with us directly or provide it in connection with our services.

Keywright Property Management LLC may send SMS or MMS messages from (541) 982-5174 concerning rental inquiries, showings, appointments, maintenance coordination, property management services, and other communications related to your inquiry or relationship with us.

Before initiating ongoing text communications, we obtain your permission, such as verbal consent during a phone conversation, and maintain a record of that consent. If you text us first, we may respond to your inquiry within the scope of that conversation.

Providing your phone number, calling us, or visiting our website does not by itself enroll you in ongoing text messaging. We do not send promotional or mass-marketing texts.

SMS participation is optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services, applying for housing, or entering into a property management or rental agreement. You may contact us by phone or email instead.

SMS Opt-Out and Assistance

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out. After that, we will not send further text messages unless you provide consent again.

We do not authorize them to use this information for their own marketing.
